How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Mimlearnovate Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can reach out about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Mimlearnovate Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it usually helps to bring it to the provider first and keep written notes.

Still, tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Mimlearnovate Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@mimlearnovate.living and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to contact you
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens After You Write

We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
